Priority Status

Between your scheduled appointments, if something needs repaired you will be our top priority.

Lubrication

All moving parts and assemblies receive applications of necessary lubricants according to the manufacturer’s requirements.

Final Inspection

After a final inspection of the entire operation of the equipment, the D & D Garage Door & Gates technician makes recommendations and notes for required parts.

Parts & Extra Work

Our program can extend equipment lifespan, but parts eventually need replacement. With your authorization, we will replace necessary parts. As a Preventative Maintenance Program member, you get 10% OFF all parts.

Inspections & Adjustments

All parts will be carefully inspected and evaluated. Our service professionals regularly adjust equipment according to the manufacturer’s manuals to maintain proper working condition.
